CUSCO – WIÑAYWAYNA – MACHU PICCHU
We will pick you up from your hotel very early in one of our private vehicles and drop you at the train station, where we will begin our journey on the train, the guide will begin to point out different mountains and landscapes and introduces you to the valley. After four hours, we will get off the train at the trailhead at the marker “104 km.” After a short rest, we will begin our hike. After resting, we will continue through the semi-tropical forest towards the Inti Punku (the Sun Gate), the place where we will enjoy the first panoramic view of the citadel of Machu Picchu. You will have time to enjoy the impressive mountains and deep valleys That surround the sun gate. You can also see the Urubamba river from the sun gate. From Inti Punku (sun gate), we will descend for 30 minutes towards Machupicchu and upon arrival at the city, we will rest and take pictures. Later on, we will take the bus to Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night. If you would like, you can soak in the medicinal Also hot springs in the town.
